Overview of On-Chain Marketplace

Marketplace Participants

The INA Protocol ecosystem brings together a diverse group of participants from both the sell-side and buy-side of the agricultural credit market. This section provides an overview of each type of participant, their roles, and how they interact within the INA platform.

Interaction Between Participants

The INA Protocol facilitates seamless interaction between all participants:

  1. Originators create agricultural credit products, which are then tokenized by Tokenizers.

  2. Securitizers may bundle these tokens into more complex products.

  3. Fund Managers can include these tokens or securitized products in their funds.

  4. Receivables Managers ensure ongoing management of the underlying assets.

  5. Retail and Institutional Investors can then invest in individual tokens, securitized products, or funds.

  6. All transactions and data flows are recorded on the blockchain, ensuring transparency and traceability.

Aligning Incentives between participants

INA aims to provide an autonomous platform where participants can participate in the value created in this more efficient process of getting access to capital for loans and operating their businesses.
